Fortizon retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, pre-existing software frameworks, and developer tools. 6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect and keep strictly confidential all non-public business information, proprietary data, customer records, and trade secrets disclosed during an engagement.

7. Third-Party Services

Fortizon may integrate or configure third-party software applications, hosting providers, or API services. Third-party software tools are subject to their respective terms and licensing agreements.

8. Service Limitations & Warranties

We provide custom digital solutions and automation to the highest industry standards. However, website uptime and third-party software availability depend in part on external cloud vendors.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the termination clauses specified in their contract or upon material breach by the other party following notice and a cure period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fortizon Digital Solutions LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website usage or service performance.
